This exhibition of new works by Leila Jeffreys coincides with the launch of Bird Love.
Published by Abrams, Bird Love features 82 magnificent portraits of native Australian Birds and American Birds of Prey, with an essay by Dr Sarah Engledow, historian for the Australian National Portrait Gallery.
Leila Jeffreys has worked with animal rescue and conservation groups over a ten year period to create the portraits that appear in the book, and she tells almost every bird’s story.
