Please join us at arts hub Cromwell Place where we will visit five fabulous exhibitions of art by women:

  • Cecilia Vicuña In London, 1972 and Today shares new and recent paintings, mixed-media works, historical ephemera, and recreations of lost work from the artist’s London years (1972—1975).  Presented by Lehmann Maupin.
  • Del Kathryn Barton, twice winner of the Archibald Prize, an Australian painter best known for her whimsical depictions people and animals presents of her own nature. Her psychedelic environments are created using sequins, markers, gouache, and glitter.  Presented by A3-Arndt Art Agency.
  • Charmaine Watkiss, Delita Martin, Tessa Mars : Your presence does not escape me at Tiwani Contemporary
  • Marie Elisabeth Merlin’s debut London solo show – Mondes Hypothétiques – of 12 new paintings by the French artist explores human and animal migration and the power of nature.  Merlin was named ‘one to watch’ at this year’s London Art Fair, with work already in the collection of Charles Saatchi and a decorative mural commissioned by Brad Pitt at Chateau Miravel. Presented by Tin Man Art.
  • works by ceramist Anne Marie Laureys part of the duo show Going Beyond presented by Taste Contemporary.

We will tour the galleries and then stay for lunch (self-treat) in the beautiful salon of Cromwell Place.
