Description
Join us on a tour of four outstanding exhibitions and different views of women in the arts, and women as artists. Our morning will take us from 60s feminism, including works by NMWA favourite Judy Chicago to current sensation, Jenna Gribbon. Between those gallery talks we will visit David Zwirner gallery to see the exhibit of new sculptures and paintings by Rose Wylie, whose painting “The Lords and Ladies” was donated by UK Friends to the Museum, and then on to Timothy Taylor to see Mixed Emotion, a solo show of works by young sensation Antonia Showering, named one of five artists to watch in 2021 byLux Magazine.
The four gallery walk will be followed by a self-treat lunch.
Cost: Patrons – free; Friends – £20; Guests – £30
